This reamer and guide tool kit is required to oversize the reducing regulator bores when using TransGo SHIFT KIT® Valve Body Repair Kit SK A6MF or SK A4CF for Hyundai and Kia vehicles with the A4CF1/2, A6MF1/2, A6GF1, A6LF1/2/3 as well as 2013-2016 Jeep and 2012-2016 Dodge vehicles with the 6F24 transmission.

These transmissions frequently wear out the reducing valve bore. As a result, complaints of brutal 6-4 kickdown bang are very common. The wear also causes erratic shifting complaints, flares or neutrals on shifts, gear ratio codes, and solenoid performance codes.

These valve bodies will work great once you replace the old reducing regulator valves with TransGo USA-made hardened steel valves.
