Warranty period
The warranty is granted for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, with no mileage limit.

Warranty conditions
The warranty is valid provided that:

• the gearbox (including the control unit and clutch) has undergone a comprehensive repair at a professional workshop specializing in Powershift gearbox repairs,

• the installation of the vibration damper has been carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and proper mechanical practices.

Warranty exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

• costs of installation and removal of the product,

• vehicle downtime costs,

• costs of renting a replacement vehicle,

• any other indirect costs related to the use or repair of the vehicle.

Liability limit
The seller’s liability under the warranty is limited to the value of the purchased product.

Claims
