The device has an automatic oil flow control system during dynamic change, thanks to which the number of activities necessary during dynamic change has been significantly reduced.

After starting the process, the device automatically changes the oil flow, adjusting to the operating conditions of the vehicle's transmission in such a way that the oil change is quick and effective, regardless of the pressure or temperature difference.

Thus, it is not necessary to check the pressure manually. In addition, the device checks whether the amount of new oil and the space in the tank for the old oil is sufficient for the change process.

Build

The device allows for easy replacement of the tanks for old and new oil and for flushing detergent.

The set with the device includes an extended set of adapters for dynamic replacement, which includes basic connectors and, among others, adapters for DSG, MPS6, Powershift, Aisin Warner gearboxes (round instead of cooler), DP0 (round instead of cooler).

Power supply 12-15V DC ensures mobility and the possibility of dynamic replacement regardless of the power grid.

The large, clear, color 5 ”display ensures good readability and ease of use of the device. As it is made in resistive technology, it is sensitive to the pressure force, which ensures its reliability even when handled with dirty, wet hands.

Thanks to the built-in temperature sensor, the device continuously displays the temperature of the gearbox oil on the display as long as it is connected to the car.

The device uses a pump capable of generating a pressure of 10 bar, which enables the dynamic replacement process to be performed regardless of where the device is connected.

Even in the case of partially clogged elements of the gearbox cooling system (pump flow is over 7 - 8 l / min, thanks to which the dynamic replacement process is fast and efficient).

The use of an additional valve allows for complete separation of the hydraulic system of the automatic transmission from the filtering system of the device.

The ATF Professional Line device, after selecting the "Procedures" function from the menu, automatically cuts off the filtering system, thanks to which the operator can freely perform flushing / filtration, draining, adding oil and dynamic replacement without the risk of introducing old oil from the device filters to the gearbox.
